I now have 1 year of experience having purchased my Well Manager (WM210 CPV-50LPC125 with an extra 210 gal storage tank) in June, 2017. I installed the unit myself in approximately 1 day with wiring, filters, hookups, etc. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The questions I did have were quickly answered by Dan Serlenga, Service Mgr. I did have an issue with a pressure switch in Jan, 2018 that was quickly resolved to my satisfaction by Dan. The system has been a life saver for us and has met every expectation we hoped for since we were on a low yielding well. We now have enough water that we are no longer counting the number of showers, flushed toilets or when we can do wash. I would highly recommend the Company and the System to anyone, it saved us from having to drill a new well which may not have worked. The team of Dan, Lynn, and JoAnn from WM that I worked with, were absolutely professional in every aspect.
