We know that other options such as Drilling Deeper or Hydro Fracking, do not offer any kind of guarantee when they work on your well.

We want to offer Peace of Mind with your purchase by giving you a 60-day money-back guarantee.

We want you to receive your unit, install it and, of course, love it. But if you feel like our product does not solve your water problem, we will accept a full return of the item with no fee. Uninstallation and Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All systems are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty as well for parts or defects. View below for more warranty information.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us

Shipping Return Costs

Returns are the responsibility of the user, meaning that all return shipping costs are paid by the user. Well Manager gives refunds only for the purchase price of the unit.

System Warranty

This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. During this one-year period, WELL MANAGER, LLC will replace any part that is found to be defective under normal use and service without charge.

WELL MANAGER LLC’s obligation to replace defective parts shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy under this warranty. This warranty does not include normal maintenance and service and does not apply to any product or parts that have been subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance or repair by service personnel not familiar with the product, faulty installation or installation contrary to recommended installation instructions.

There is no other express warranty. WELL MANAGER, LLC hereby disclaims any and all implied warranties, including but not limited to, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law.

Components may be warranted for periods longer than listed above. These warranties are offered by the component manufacturer, not by WELL MANAGER, LLC. Purchasers’ sole remedy for defective components beyond the previously stated one-year warranty is through the component manufacturer.

Your access to and use of the Site, including your order of products through the Site, is subject to these terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions by browsing the Site.

GENERAL

You must not:

a. use the Site for any activities that breach any laws, infringe a third party’s rights or are contrary to any relevant standards or codes.

l. create accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;

m. use the Site to violate the security of any computer or other network or engage in illegal conduct;

n. take any action that imposes or that would, in our reasonable opinion, result in an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

o. use the Site other than in accordance with these terms and conditions, or

p. attempt any of the above acts or engage or permit another person to do any of the above acts.
