The Well Watcher™ System is a water management, storage, and pressure system designed for moderate low-yield wells (typically 1 gpm or more).
Instead of drawing water directly from the well during household use, the system collects water at an adjustable, controlled rate, stores it in an integrated storage tank, and then delivers steady household water pressure using a built-in booster pump—whenever you need it.
In simple terms: It manages water supply first—providing a buffer between your well and demand—and then boosts pressure for reliable household use.
How does the Well Watcher™ System work with my water supply?
The Well Watcher™ System installs after your existing pressure tank and pressure switch and works alongside them. Your pressure tank and switch continue to control the well pump, while the Well Watcher™ collects water at an adjustable rate, stores it in its integrated storage tank, and delivers consistent pressure to the home using its built-in pump.
This allows your well to operate normally while the system manages storage and pressure delivery.
The Well Watcher™ System collects water at an adjustable flow rate, allowing the system to be matched to your well’s natural recovery rate. For optimal performance and well protection, we recommend setting the fill rate to approximately half of your well’s yield (for example, a 1 gpm well would use a 0.5 gpm fill rate).
This controlled collection helps reduce stress on the well pump, prevents over-pumping, and allows the well sufficient time to replenish naturally.
Stored water is then pressurized and delivered on demand, ensuring steady, reliable pressure even during periods of higher household use.
