Reliable Water for a Busy Bed & Breakfast in Lambertville, NJ
Chimney Hill Estate Customer Story
When you operate a bed & breakfast, reliable water is not optional — it is essential. At Chimney Hill Estate in Lambertville, New Jersey, guests expect a comfortable, relaxing stay, whether they are visiting for a weekend getaway, a wedding, or a special event. But with two low-producing wells and increasing water demand across the property, Chimney Hill Estate found themselves facing a serious challenge: running out of water when they needed it most.
Watch Mark Share His Experience
In this customer story, Mark, co-owner of Chimney Hill Estate, shares how Well Manager® helped solve their water supply issues and create a more dependable system for both guests and day-to-day operations.
The Challenge
Nestled on nearly 9 acres in Lambertville, NJ, Chimney Hill Estate is a beautifully restored bed & breakfast featuring 16 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, and luxury amenities including jacuzzis and saunas.
As the property hosted more weddings and welcomed more guests, water demand increased significantly. During busy weekends and events, the estate was struggling to keep up.
With two low-producing wells on the property, Chimney Hill Estate often found themselves running short on water when occupancy was high. For a hospitality business, inconsistent water supply is more than an inconvenience — it affects the guest experience.
Mark explains in the video that when weddings or larger groups were on-site, water availability became a growing concern.
Finding a Better Solution
After evaluating the property’s water needs and well production, Well Manager® designed a custom system to collect and store water from both low-yield wells while maintaining dependable water pressure throughout the estate.
The solution installed at Chimney Hill Estate included:
- A custom 2-Well Well Manager® Vertical System
- 13 interconnected 210-gallon storage tanks (2730 gallons)
- A two-well Well Manager® control panel
- A DAB E.SYBOX Twin booster pump setup
- Installation within the property’s dedicated well shed
By collecting water slowly from both wells and storing it for future use, the system helps ensure the estate can meet demand during busy periods without overwhelming the wells.
Mark also shares how impressed he was with Well Manager’s responsiveness, knowledge, and service throughout the process, describing the team as quick, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
Reliable Water at Last
Today, Chimney Hill Estate can confidently accommodate guests, weddings, and the daily demands of a busy hospitality property with far greater peace of mind.
Whether guests are showering, using the property’s amenities, or staying during larger events, the estate now has a reliable water supply system designed to support the property’s needs.
For properties with low-producing wells — especially businesses, inns, farms, or homes with higher water demand — Chimney Hill Estate’s story is a reminder that drilling a new well is not always the only answer.
