Custom Water Systems & Solutions
Built Around Your Water Needs
Not every water application fits an off-the-shelf system. Well Manager works with homeowners, contractors, businesses, facilities, and industry professionals to develop custom water systems built around specific storage, pressure, pumping, recirculation, filtration, and control requirements.
From modifying one of our existing systems to developing a unique water management setup, our team can help determine the components, configuration, and controls needed to make the system work.
When a Standard Water System Isn't the Answer
What We Can Help Solve
Some water applications don’t fit an existing system or standard configuration. You may already have equipment in place, need to work within an unusual installation space, require a specific type of storage tank, or need water to be stored, pumped, treated, circulated, or controlled in a very particular way.
That’s where a custom system can make sense.
Our team starts by understanding what you currently have, the problem you’re trying to solve, and what you need the finished system to accomplish. From there, we can determine whether an existing Well Manager product can be adapted or whether the project requires a completely custom approach.
Water Storage
Single or multiple tank configurations sized around available space and required storage volume.
Pumping & Pressure
Booster pumps and pressure equipment selected around required flow, pressure, and application.
Water Recirculation
Custom recirculation loops for stored water, filtration, UV treatment, and other applications.
Controls & Automation
Floats, timers, relays, sensors, valves, control panels, and other equipment for managing how water moves through the system.
Filtration & Treatment Integration
Systems designed to work alongside filtration, UV, RO, softeners, and other water treatment equipment.
Specialty Applications
Custom configurations for applications that don't fit a conventional residential or commercial water system.
From Water Problem to Finished System
Custom water projects often begin with a problem rather than a product. Our team works through the application with you, develops a system concept, sources the equipment needed for the project, and builds and tests the completed system before it leaves our facility.
1. Understand the Problem
Tell us what is happening now, what equipment or water source you currently have, and what you want the finished system to accomplish.
This is where things like photos, flow requirements, pressure needs, available space, existing treatment, etc. start coming in.
2. Develop a System Concept
Our team evaluates the water application and develops an approach based on the project’s requirements.
That might mean adapting equipment we already use, combining existing technologies in a different way, or developing a new system configuration.
3. Source the Right Components
Once we know what the system needs to do, we identify the equipment required to make it work.
Some components may come from equipment we already use at Well Manager, while others — such as specialty storage tanks, pumps, controls, fittings, treatment equipment, or application-specific components — may be sourced specifically for the project.
4. Visualize the System
Depending on the project, our team can develop system mockups to help communicate the proposed configuration before fabrication begins.
These visuals can help show system dimensions, component placement, plumbing direction, equipment relationships, and how the finished system may fit within the available installation space.

5. Build & Test
Once the system configuration is approved and the required components are available, the system is assembled at Well Manager.
Before shipment, the team can test system operation and verify the intended controls, pumping, circulation, or other functions.
6. Review & Ship
Before the system leaves the shop, you can share photos of the completed project with the customer and review the finished configuration.
Then the system is prepared and shipped for installation.

Emergency Eyewash & Decontamination System
Originally developed for a nuclear site at Three Mile Island, this system provides stored, pressurized water for an emergency eyewash and decontamination shower where a conventional piped water connection isn’t available. Your existing system uses storage, a DAB E.SYBOX 2 HP pump, timed recirculation, and pressurized eyewash/shower fixtures.
Application: Emergency Safety
Functions: Storage • Pressure • Recirculation
Key Equipment: Water Storage Tank • DAB E.SYBOX • Controls • Safety Fixtures
Custom Residential Recirculation System
A custom residential system built around a unique 140-gallon, 76-inch-tall storage tank. Water periodically circulates through a UV disinfection system and returns to storage, while an external DAB DTRON 2 on a DOC 68 provides pressurized water to the home. The recirculation schedule can be adjusted based on the application.
Application: Residential Water Storage
Functions: Storage • Recirculation • UV • Re-Pressurization
Key Equipment: 140-Gallon Tank • DAB DTRON 2 • DOC 68 • UV
Custom SS Dual-Tank ConstaBoost™ System
Designed to re-pressurize water throughout a 9,000-square-foot home in New York, this custom ConstaBoost™ system uses two 63-gallon stainless steel storage tanks for a combined 126 gallons of water storage.
Each tank is equipped with its own Tank Level Control and a 7 GPM flow restrictor to manage incoming water. The system will operate with a client-supplied 2 HP DAB E.SYBOX booster pump to provide pressurized water throughout the home.
Application: Residential Re-Pressurization
Functions: Water Storage • Controlled Collection • Pressure Boosting
Key Equipment: Two 63-Gallon Stainless Steel Tanks • Dual Tank Level Controls • 7 GPM Flow Restrictors • 2 HP DAB E.SYBOX
Tell Us What You're Trying to Solve
You don’t need to know exactly what equipment or system you need before contacting us. Start by telling us what’s happening now, what you’re trying to solve, and what you would like the finished system to accomplish.
From there, our team can help determine what information is needed to evaluate the project.
- Describe the problem or application
- What you currently have in place
- What you want the finished system to accomplish
- Water source and available supply, if known
- Desired pressure, flow, or water demand, if known
- Available installation space
- Existing pumps, tanks, filtration, treatment, or controls
- Available electrical service
- Photos of the existing installation or project area
- Drawings, plans, equipment specifications, or other project information you already hav
Don’t have all of this information? That’s okay. Start with the problem, and we’ll help determine what else we need.
