Nestled on an 8.5-acre estate in the heart of Lambertville, NJ, Chimney Hill Estate Inn is a serene bed and breakfast known for its beautifully restored accommodations and tranquil atmosphere. To ensure consistent water flow and meet the estate’s water demands, a 2-well Well Manager® Vertical System was installed, featuring 13 tanks (13000 gal) and a DAB E.SYBOX Twin pump setup. This state-of-the-art system delivers reliable water pressure and efficiency, perfectly complementing the Inn’s commitment to providing a luxurious and seamless guest experience.

20-Year Upgrade: From 425 to 630 Gallons in Upstate NY

We recently revisited a loyal Well Manager® customer whose 425-gallon system had been running for over 20 years. The old setup was ready for retirement, so we upgraded the home with a brand-new 3-tank Well Manager® system (630 gallons total) paired with a DAB E.SYBOX Mini 3 for whisper-quiet, energy-efficient pressure.

Best of all, we were able to re-use and re-wire the original Well Manager® control panel, integrating it seamlessly with the new system.

Result: More storage, modern pumping technology, and another few decades of dependable water.

These components were replaced with a modern, compact DAB E.SYBOX Mini 3, bringing the system up to current standards.

Residential Installation – North New Jersey

Paramount Well Drilling completed the installation of a 4-tank (800 gal) Well Manager® System for a single well at a residential property in North New Jersey. The setup features a DAB E.SYBOX 2 HP mounted on a DAB E.SYTwin Dock, ensuring consistent water pressure and efficient management of the home’s water supply. This system is designed to optimize well performance while meeting the homeowner’s water demands.

Transforming Low Yield Well Challenges into a Reliable Water Solution, Residential Install - VA

Mermaid Water Systems recently installed a Well Manager® Vertical System with an external DAB Mini 3 Pump and their own Kinetico filter in a Virginia residential home, solving a long-standing low yield well issue. The homeowner, who previously struggled with a recovery rate of just 2 pints per minute, praised the installation, stating:

Residential Installation in Pennsylvania: Well Manager® Vertical System

For this residential project in Pennsylvania, the homeowner needed a reliable way to manage a low-yield well while supporting a new RO filtration system and other water treatment filters. Negley’s Water installed the upgraded well water filtration, and Well Manager LLC provided and installed a Well Manager® Vertical System paired with an external DAB E.SYBOX Mini 3 pump. Together, the system ensures adequate water storage and pressurization, allowing the advanced filtration to operate efficiently without stressing the well—providing clean, pressurized water throughout the home.

Commercial Installation – Portsmouth, VA

AirServ completed the installation of a custom-built two-tank (400 gal) Well Watcher Vertical System in Portsmouth, VA. This setup features well line control and a powerful DAB MAX 3.6 HP Pressure Pump, ensuring efficient water management and consistent pressure.

Laundromat – Commercial Installation

For a public laundromat, Blue Heron Water Treatment and Well Services LLC installed a Custom ConstaBoost™ Vertical System with 4 tanks (800 gallons) to ensure reliable water pressure and meet the high-demand needs of the facility. The system is equipped with two DAB MAX pumps for optimal performance, along with a WiFi-enabled tank level alarm system for remote monitoring and proactive maintenance. Pine Tree Camp – Rome, ME

Pine Tree Camp, located in Rome, Maine, is a beloved facility dedicated to providing outdoor experiences and recreational activities for individuals with disabilities. To ensure reliable water supply for the camp’s operations, Well Manager LLC installed additional water storage capacity, including two DAB MAX E.SYBOX pumps. This upgrade enhances the camp’s water system by ensuring consistent pressure and flow, helping to meet the growing demands of the facility. The new system supports the camp’s mission of providing a safe, accessible, and enjoyable environment for all its guests.

Commercial Install & Retrofit for Laundromat

Installed by Blue Heron Water Treatment and Well Services LLC, this commercial project delivers efficient water storage and re-pressurization for a busy laundromat. The system includes 16 tanks with a combined 3,200 gallons of storage, paired with two DAB E.SYBOX Max pumps mounted on a dock to ensure consistent water pressure and reliable performance.

As part of the retrofit, we upgraded the system’s fill process by adding six dedicated water inlets, each with an electric-actuated ball valve and float, for precise control across all 16 tanks.

Custom RO Re-Pressurization System

This project features a 125-gallon storage solution equipped with a custom Reverse Osmosis (RO) Re-Pressurization System, utilizing an External DAB DTRON 2 pump with electric fill control for optimal performance. Designed for installation in a mobile home, this system ensures reliable water pressure and seamless functionality. Expertly handled by Kinetico AWS, the project is located in Virginia, highlighting our ability to deliver tailored solutions for unique water management needs.

Emergency Eyewash/Decon Station

For a construction site at the Energy Solutions – TMI – 2 Solutions facility on 3 Mile Island, we designed and built a reliable emergency eyewash station. Located at the nuclear plant in Middletown, PA, the station is equipped with a DAB E.SYBOX 2 HP pump. This advanced pump circulates water at set intervals to prevent stagnation, ensuring consistent pressure for both the eyewash and shower stations. The system is custom-tailored to meet stringent safety compliance and the unique operational demands of the nuclear site environment.
