Simple, Automated Operation
Designed to operate automatically without complex controls, ConstaBoost™ provides pressure stability with minimal user interaction.
Modular & Scalable Design
Easily expand storage capacity with additional tanks as needs change.
Installer-Friendly Layout
Designed for straightforward plumbing and electrical integration.
Overfill Protection (Float + Mechanical Overflow)
A high-level float signals when the tank is full, while a dedicated mechanical overflow port provides passive backup protection against overfilling.
Real-Time Flow Detection (Add-On Required)
Available with the optional Cycle Sensor module, this feature monitors incoming water flow to confirm supply is present and stable, supporting safe system operation and pump protection.
Dry-Run Protection (Add-On Required)
Available with the optional Cycle Sensor module, Protects the pressure pump by preventing operation when water is unavailable, reducing wear, overheating, and premature pump failure.
ConstaBoost™ FAQs
What is ConstaBoost™, and how does it work?
ConstaBoost™ is a water pressure-boosting system designed to deliver consistent, high-pressure water throughout your home or business. It’s ideal for homes with reliable water sources but inconsistent water pressure.
Who can benefit from a ConstaBoost™ system?
ConstaBoost™ is ideal for homeowners or business owners who experience low water pressure but don’t have issues with water yield. Typically requiring adequate water storage and consistent output pressure to run their homes or businesses efficiently.
What sets ConstaBoost™ apart from traditional pressure boosters?
Unlike traditional pressure boosters that can cause pressure fluctuations, ConstaBoost™ uses a storage tank and a VFD pump to provide consistent water pressure, eliminating surges and improving the performance of household appliances.
How does ConstaBoost™ improve low water pressure in a home?
ConstaBoost™ is a whole-house water pressure booster system that collects water at a fixed rate, stores it in a tank, the re-pressurizes throughout the home. By pulling from a dedicated storage tank, it prevents fluctuations in pressure, delivering steady water flow for showers, faucets, and appliances—even during peak demand.
Do I need a booster pump to fix low water pressure in my home?
If your home has low water pressure, a booster pump like ConstaBoost™ can help increase water pressure to all taps and appliances. It ensures steady and reliable water flow, even during peak demand.

Bladder Tank Recommendation
For best performance and to help prevent rapid pump cycling, DAB recommends installing a bladder tank on the discharge side of every pump. A properly sized bladder tank helps absorb small water draws—such as flushing a toilet or washing your hands—reducing unnecessary pump starts and extending the life of the pump.
Recommended Bladder Tank Sizes
- 2-gallon bladder tank – DAB E.SYBOX Mini 3 (approximately 10 GPM)
- 4-gallon bladder tank – DAB E.SYBOX, DTRON 2, and DIVER (approximately 20 GPM)
- 10-gallon bladder tank – DAB E.SYBOX MAX (approximately 50 GPM)
Well Manager® Systems:
When installing a Well Manager®, the existing pressure tank is typically relocated. In many installations, it can be reinstalled after the Well Manager® system to serve as the required bladder tank.

Cycle Sensor (Add-On Module)
The Cycle Sensor is a pump monitoring and protection device designed to detect dry-run conditions and rapid cycling that can damage pumps. When either condition is detected, the Cycle Sensor automatically shuts down the pump to prevent overheating, mechanical wear, and premature failure.
Rather than preventing these conditions from occurring, the Cycle Sensor acts as a fail-safe, responding immediately when unsafe operation is detected. This makes it especially valuable in systems with variable supply, low-yield wells, storage tanks, or fluctuating demand—where dry runs or rapid cycling can occur unexpectedly.
Once a fault condition is detected, the Cycle Sensor holds the pump off until conditions stabilize or the system is reset, helping protect equipment and extend pump life.
